Commercial Body Builders Ltd. is the manufacturer of Polar and Tundra buses. These are the only all-aluminum buses of their kind manufactured in North America.

Polar buses (shown to the right) vary in configuration anywhere from 25 passengers to four passengers with 6 wheel chair positions. Detailed interior lay-outs are shown below. Tundra buses vary in configuration anywhere from nine passengers to four passengers with four wheel chair positions.

Our bus bodies and passenger compartments consist of an all-aluminum frame with aluminum panels that are digitally, pulse-welded into place.  This aluminum construction is three times lighter than steel, yet has three times the specific strength. The Polar design also delivers superior tensional rigidity, which results in exceptional handling and extended vehicle life.
